We are EXCITED to share with you our Summer Music Camp plans. Starting on June 25 we will run a 5-week camp for 4 days each week. The 3.5-hour sessions will include singing, drumming, and strumming as the children learn how to play ukuleles, electric guitars, and djembes. We’ll also provide a morning snack and lunch. It’s our first BIG summer camp program and we’ll likely serve upwards of 50 – 60 children.

We’ll need help and there are various ways you can get involved. Check them out below but before you do, save the date for our Annual BBQ Picnic & Performance on August 1 at the beautiful Rock Ford Plantation. Plan to come after work and enjoy catered picnic fare. Meet other SWAN Community Members, consider inviting a friend and enjoy our students’ performance.

There’s much we can all do to place a song in our students’ hearts this summer so check out the list below and then celebrate with us!

Volunteers are needed: food prep and service, classroom assistant, and transportation. Clearances required.
