Our programs are designed to develop students’ patience, perseverance, and discipline through practice, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. SWAN students build these skills that will help them excel in school and throughout their lives.

Students participate in service and community performances throughout the year.
Progress Check-In
A professional music instructor and program director meet one-on-one with students to keep everyone on track.
Music Ensembles
Students are placed in ensembles and learn to perform together.
Mentoring
One-on-one and group mentoring occur during lessons and performances.
Summer Program
Our summer camp meets daily Monday – Thursday, providing music instruction, enrichment classes, and mentoring. It culminates in several community performances.
Rising Stars Music Program
Our Rising Stars program combines the power, joy, and beauty of music-making with immediate access to mental health counseling and mentoring. This comprehensive after-school and summer camp program includes private and group music lessons, homework assistance, spiritual development, art classes, and mental health mentoring and counseling.
