Free Music and Mental Health Program
Our Rising Stars program combines the power, joy, and beauty of music-making with immediate access to certified mental health counseling and mentoring. This comprehensive after-school and summer camp program includes private and group music lessons, homework assistance, Bible classes, art classes, and mental health mentoring and counseling.
Together, these opportunities help students heal, learn, succeed, and dream.
Rising Stars Program
Music Lessons
Weekly private and group lessons are taught by qualified music instructors.
Mental Health Mentoring
Students receive social-emotional learning classes and immediate access to certified mental health counselors.
Bible Classes
Through Bible classes, students learn about God’s love and are introduced to the hope of the Gospel.
Enrichment Classes
Homework assistance and art classes are provided.
Instruments
Instruments are provided for our students by community donations.
Performances
Students participate in several performances for their peers, parents, and community.
Who’s Eligible?
School District of Lancaster Students in grades 2-12.

Enrollment is open throughout the year.
Key Information Needed
At least one parent’s incarceration information is required for admission to the program.
Summer Program
Our summer camp is a full-day, five-week program held Monday through Thursday, providing music instruction, enrichment classes, social-emotional learning, Bible classes, and mental health mentoring. It culminates in several community performances.
