A new SWAN viola student is showing tremendous progress in just a few lessons. She’s been quick to apply Miss. Jackson’s instructions to fix and relearn her hand, fingering, and bow positioning. She is also working to make adjustments for the proper pitch. “You have a musician’s ear. You can hear when the note doesn’t sound right and I can see it on your face,” said Miss Jackson.
