Many of us at Stony Brook Elementary School have had the privilege of working with Mike Miller for all/some of the 20 years he taught here. He was truly loved by his first and second grade students and well respected by his colleagues. He shared his love of Phillies and Eagles with his students as well as his love for music. Sometimes he even played his guitar for his students. Music was very important to him as he wrote songs that he performed locally. Mike Miller also had a great sense of humor. His laugh was contagious with a smile that would brighten anyone’s day.
Mike has made a difference in so many lives! We would like to make a donation in honor of Mike Miller to keep his legacy of educating students, caring for students, and keeping the love of music alive in others. This donation will help to provide all students with the opportunity to express themselves through music.
