During the Christmas season, several local businesses and organizations chose to bless over 100 of our students with the thrill of receiving gifts! Some children were selected to participate in “Shop with a Cop” hosted by Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Others received gifts selected just for them from YDOP Digital Marketing and Business Information Group.
The Christmas cheer created by their generosity lasted well beyond the holiday. Our teachers commented on how the children were still enthusiastically talking about their gifts when they returned after the new year.
We are grateful to our community partners for remembering our students in these thoughtful and meaningful ways.
