Silent Auction FAQ
How do I place a bid?
1 | Visit our 2025 Silent Auction Page to view all available items.
2 | Choose a one-time normal bid or scroll down and place a maximum bid (the system will automatically increase your bid up to your max if needed).
3 | Proceed to checkout, enter your name and email, and provide your payment information.
Do I need to use my credit card?
Yes, a credit card is required to place a bid to verify its validity.
If you win an item, you may choose to pay by check or cash instead. Please contact Holly at the close of the auction to make those arrangements.
- Cash: Accepted in person on the designated pick-up day
- Check: Accepted in person on the designated pick-up day or must be mailed; once received, your item will be shipped or prepared for pickup (shipping costs must be included if applicable)
Will I be notified if I am outbid?
Yes! You’ll receive an email notification and, if your account includes a phone number, a text message alert as well.
What happens if I win?
Once the auction closes, you’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt listing the items you’ve won. You’ll then work with us to confirm your preferred payment method and arrange pickup or delivery.
