What’s on the Menu?

Appetizers:

• Antipasti Station

3 Course Dinner:

• Mixed Green Salad: cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, croutons, with ranch or balsamic dressing
• Entree Choice One: Bruschetta Topped Chicken (GF, DF), Tuscan style bruschetta topped boneless chicken breast finished with diced tomatoes, basil, shallots & olive oil, served with seasonal roasted vegetables (V, GF), and rosemary roasted potatoes (V, GF).
• Entree Choice Two: Homestyle Pot Roast, Slow roasted beef with carrots, potatoes, onions, and celery in a light beef gravy, served with seasonal roasted vegetables (V, GF), and rosemary roasted potatoes (V, GF).

$480 Table Sponsor: Sponsors receive two dinner reservations with an acknowledgment posted on SWAN’s social media. This sponsorship will provide complimentary tickets for 6 volunteers or summer camp staff.

$800 Performance Sponsor: Sponsors receive two dinner reservations with an acknowledgment posted on SWAN’s event website, social media, and event blogs. This sponsorship will directly help with the costs of a sound technician, student performance oversight, and performance gear.

$5,000 Presenting Sponsor: Sponsors receive four dinner reservations with premier logo acknowledgment posted on SWAN’s event website, social media, and event blogs. On stage recognition. This sponsorship will support our 2025-2026 Rising Stars program.
