Our students enjoyed performing at New Life Community Church on a recent trip to Kingsville, Maryland. Their purpose in going was to thank our MD supporters and introduce SWAN to more of the congregation. The hour-long ride from Lancaster proved to be a great time for the children to get to know one another better and to receive some mentoring prior to performing. A delicious lunch was ready for the students when they arrived. Afterward, they enthusiastically drummed and interacted with each other and their audience. It was a great time for all.
