SWAN’s professional musicians will be performing at The Mix at Arbor Place on Wednesday, September 12th from 3:00 – 5:00. We are inviting children and adults to perform with our musicians by beating out Classic Rock, Latin and Celtic rhythms on hand-drums. On this day we will introduce our musicians and programs to The Mix community. Student enrollment applications will be available for children who wish to receive free music lessons or to participate in singing/hand-drumming workshops. SWAN is committed to providing our services to children ages 7 – 14 years old whose parents have some history of incarceration. We are excited and grateful to offer our program to the children at The Mix.
