Keanhyzia has been making great progress as she learns to play the ukulele and sing. She is proud of all the chords she is learning and “of making it all the way to the A chord.” When asked what she likes most about SWAN, she said, “I like to sing and express my feelings and get all that good singing out. I love to sing!”
She shared that SWAN lessons are important because she learns things that will help her in life as she goes to college or gets a job. She wants to encourage other children like her to “keep working hard, don’t give up, you can do anything you put your mind to.” She is eager to continue learning and expressed her gratitude, “Thank you for giving me this opportunity in life to be a part of SWAN.”
