What is the best way to have our own heavy burdens lifted? Serve others!
As soon as our children arrive at Water Street Mission on February 6th, they will experience this paradox. Their goal: to place smiles on the faces of those who are homeless and coming for a warm meal on a cold night. And how will they do that? They will come with songs and dances and will accompany themselves with hand drums, xylophones, recorders and body percussion. We can’t wait to see the room light up with joy! Our students will bless many and after giving of their talent will leave richer than they arrived.
